LaKia Washington is the Founder and Executive Director of Inspiring Others Mentoring Program, a program based in Raleigh, North Carolina for girls ages 12 to 18 years old. Miss Washington has several years experience with working with children and families with mental health disorders. She has a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Master of Science in Family and Consumer Sciences from North Carolina Central University. In addition, Miss Washington has always had a passion for helping young girls make decisions that will positively impact their future and hopes through IOMP she can inspire young girls to reach their dreams.
